You should hear yourself talk. (You'll feel so much better).
Life is a complicated mix of challenges, growth, joy, stress, and everything in between. No one makes it through life without a few scars along the way. Whether you're coping with a loss, navigating a major life transition, struggling with anxiety or depression, or simply wanting more balance and fulfillment, therapy can help.
We believe meaningful change happens through real connection. You'll be met with warmth, honesty, and compassion—not judgment. Rather than feeling like a patient, you'll feel like a person whose story matters. Together, we'll explore what's keeping you stuck, build on your strengths, and create lasting change that helps you feel more like yourself again.

Growing up is hard, getting support shouldn’t be.
Childhood and adolescence are filled with challenges, transitions, and growing pains. Whether your child is struggling with anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, self-esteem, friendships, school-related stress, behavioral concerns, or major life changes, therapy can provide a safe place to feel understood and supported.
Our goal is to build a strong, trusting relationship with each child or teen so they feel comfortable opening up about what they're experiencing. Along the way, we help them develop practical skills to manage emotions, navigate challenges, build confidence, and strengthen resilience. We celebrate their successes, support them through setbacks, and help them discover their own strengths.
Most importantly, we share your goal of helping your child grow into a healthy, capable, and confident young adult—and we recognize that parents are an essential part of that journey.
A Special Note for Parents
Parenting is one of the most rewarding—and challenging—roles we take on. Every child is different, and there is no single roadmap that works for every family.
We partner closely with parents to better understand their child's needs and provide guidance, support, and practical strategies along the way. While therapy gives children and teens a space to explore their thoughts, feelings, and challenges, we also work collaboratively with caregivers to strengthen communication, improve family relationships, and create an environment where growth can happen both inside and outside of therapy.
Our goal is not only to help children feel better, but to help families feel more connected, confident, and equipped to navigate life's challenges together.

Clarity changes everything.
Comprehensive psychological testing for children, adolescents, and adults seeking answers, direction, and a deeper understanding of themselves.
When you're struggling to understand why something feels harder than it should, having clarity can be life-changing. Psychological testing provides objective, comprehensive information that helps uncover strengths, identify challenges, and guide meaningful next steps.
We provide comprehensive evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults ages 8–70. Our assessments are designed to answer important questions related to ADHD, learning differences, giftedness, mood concerns, personality functioning, and diagnostic clarification. Whether you're seeking accommodations, trying to better understand yourself or your child, or looking for direction after years of unanswered questions, testing can provide the insight you need.
Our evaluation process is thorough, individualized, and focused on the whole person—not just a diagnosis. Following testing, you'll receive a detailed report that explains findings in clear, understandable language, along with practical recommendations for school, work, treatment, and everyday life.
Is Testing Right for You or Your Child?
Psychological testing may be helpful if you or your child are experiencing:
Difficulties with attention, focus, or organization
Academic struggles despite strong effort
Concerns about learning, memory, or processing information
Questions about giftedness or intellectual strengths
Ongoing anxiety, depression, or emotional difficulties
Personality or interpersonal challenges
Uncertainty about a diagnosis or previous diagnoses that don't seem to fit
If you're looking for answers, a consultation can help determine whether testing is the right next step. Our goal is to provide meaningful insight, practical recommendations, and a clearer understanding of how to move forward with confidence.

You’re taking an important step toward a healthier future. Let us help prepare you for lasting change.
Deciding to pursue bariatric surgery is a significant decision—one that involves both physical and emotional preparation. A pre-surgical psychological evaluation is often required as part of the approval process and helps ensure you have the support, resources, and understanding needed to achieve long-term success.
Our bariatric evaluations are designed to be thorough, supportive, and respectful. This is not a test you "pass" or "fail." Rather, the evaluation provides an opportunity to better understand factors that may influence your surgical outcome, including eating habits, emotional wellbeing, coping strategies, lifestyle changes, and readiness for surgery.
We strive to make the process straightforward and stress-free. Following the evaluation, you'll receive a comprehensive report that meets the requirements of most surgeons and bariatric programs. When appropriate, we also provide personalized recommendations to help support your health and wellness goals before and after surgery.
What Does the Evaluation Include?
A bariatric evaluation typically includes:
A clinical interview reviewing medical, psychological, and weight history
Discussion of eating patterns and lifestyle habits
Assessment of emotional and behavioral factors that may impact outcomes
Review of expectations and understanding of the surgical process
Standardized psychological screening measures
A written report for your surgeon or bariatric program
Why Is a Psychological Evaluation Required?
Research consistently shows that long-term success after bariatric surgery is influenced by both physical and psychological factors. The evaluation helps identify strengths, address potential barriers, and ensure you are prepared for the significant lifestyle changes that accompany surgery.
Our goal is not to determine whether you deserve surgery—it is to help set you up for the best possible outcome.
If your surgeon has recommended a bariatric evaluation, we are happy to guide you through the process and answer any questions you may have along the way.
